Opening for a part time Make Ready Technician (24 hours per week) at our Senior Apartment Community. Must know how to paint and perform general maintenance. We require a strong work ethic; reliable transportation and you must have your own tools. Must be a team player but also able to work independently. The ideal candidate will be service oriented, honest, reliable and able to lift 50 lbs. Please submit resume with experience and references. EOE
